Production costs like sound and staging, support accessibility, and create a safe, welcoming space for everyone in our community.
No one on the organizing team is being paid — this is a volunteer-led effort from the ground up.
Any additional funds raised will go toward next year’s event or be donated to our nonprofit partners: the Thornden Park Association and Hopeprint — two organizations doing important work right here in Syracuse.

Yes! We’ll be accepting in-person donations throughout the event. Look for our donation table or ask any event staff — we’ll have options for cash, card, and QR code donations. Every contribution, big or small, goes directly into supporting local artists and keeping events like this alive in Syracuse.
